Javed’s passion for real estate sales rapidly accelerated his success, leading him to leave his corporate job in 2008 to focus entirely on real estate.
With his wife by his side as a licensed realtor since 2006, their business flourished, prompting the establishment of separate residential and commercial divisions under his leadership. In 2010, Javed expanded his operations by assembling a team of professionals, enhancing client services, and operating from his own office. Moazzam holds several international certifications related to health and safety, including credentials from CSSE (Canada), ASSE (USA), and NEBOSH, CIEH, and IRCA (UK).
Currently, he manages operations within Inspiration Group, where his expertise in project management has significantly contributed to his rapid professional growth. Known for his goal-oriented approach, excellent communication, and customer service skills, Moazzam is always prepared to actively contribute to the team’s success.

With over 17 years of experience in Accounts & Financial Management, Adnan has a track record of meticulous and accomplished work across multiple industries, including manufacturing, automotive, real estate investments, and food franchises.
As a result-oriented and decisive leader, he excels in maintaining high quality standards to navigate the challenges of a fast-paced and competitive industry. Adnan is adept at operating in high-pressure environments, managing strict deadlines and multiple deliverables. Currently, he leads the group’s accounts department, ensuring all accounting requirements are met promptly.

He acquired Occupational Health & Safety related international certifications and memberships like CSSE (Canadian Society of Safety Engineering, Canada), ASSE (American Society of Safety Engineers, USA), NEBOSH IGC UK, CIEH UK, IRCA UK Certified Internal Auditor (OHS/EMS). Currently he is responsible to manage operations for IREG. His passion for project management helped him grow at a fast pace. He is goal-oriented with a desire to succeed. He has excellent communication and customer service skills and is always ready to jump in whenever required to contribute.
